JEFF'S BIO

I am a writer. I've been creating tonal music in a variety of styles for over half my life. That's only a little more than two dog years so I guess I'm still a beginner.

My muse originates out of all things abandoned; motels, factories, mental institutions, movie theaters, ect. There is an abandoned Jai Alai fronton in Milford , CT. If I lived in or near that Milford white elephant, I would be creating works that rival Beethoven or Wagner as we speak. But alas, I must conform to domestic living and can only muster up a little rock & roll.

I guess the only other thing I can say about myself is that about 6 yrs ago I wanted to get a pair of sunglasses like the ones the guys wore on Chips. My wife refused to allow me to get a pair saying that anyone who wears them looks like an idiot. Of course, now everyone wears them ... and she was right.

... sometimes called 'thru-composed' or 'anthems' or 'long-winded meandering'. But whatever the term, I've written several extended-length compositions since I began writing music. Both Wings of Fire Orchestra records feature music of this nature though 'Theme on a Girl From Cruso' was broken into pieces and only one of the three recorded survived the cutting-room floor.
